Pronto Personnel Services started doing business on 16 October 2003. The Directors of the company Louise Human and Beulah van Niekerk envisioned a brand that would recognise human capital as the key competitive advantage in business.
Today the brand has grown and expanded into different industries as well as to other provinces. Pronto Siyakhula Personnel Services (PTY) Ltd - Gauteng Division recently split from Pronto Siyakhula Western Cape and from Pronto Personnel Services (PTY) Ltd in order to deliver a tailor made service to our clients in the Gauteng area.
As a result Pronto now has a vast data base of calibre candidates for temporary as well as permanent positions and will provide you with a professional Human Resource support service which is compliant to Legislation and sound Ethical practice.
When placing a joborder with Pronto qualified Recruitment Consultant will be in contact with the relevant role players in your business to make sure that your working environment is fully understood and to do a proper needs analysis. Suitable candidates will then be submitted according to the information obtained through this process. Placement Fees:
Placement fees are negotiable in terms of bulk order and guarantee periods. Permanent positions are normally charged on 15 % of annual salary and for temporary positions a quote will be submitted depending on the skill level of the vacancy.
