The Pronto Team taking on the SAD!

Do you imagine the Pronto Team as a bunch of office workers punching out numbers while sitting behind their desks waiting for five o’clock? Well do we have a surprise for you! On the 1st of May Pronto and some of their clients dusted off their tekkies and took on the Wellington tar road for the SAD marathon. We all gathered at sunrise at the house of Louise Human and did some necessary carbo-loading, inspirational chitchat and last minute stretching. The Team, dressed in eye-catching orange, sped off and ran the race with team spirit synonymous of the Pronto Team!

Orange is my favourite colour!

Next time you pass through Stellenbosch keep an eye out for the Eikestad Nuus newspaper boys! Every Thursday morning newspaper boys wearing Pronto Siyakhula Personnel Services t-shirts will hand out the weekly community newspaper, creating a buzz around Pronto!

How to evaluate good Service?

Good service is something all service providers aspire to, excellent service is something all service providers promise. But do they deliver? Can they deliver? As a client one immediately notices bad service, it leaves a lasting impression. It is generally accepted that service gets evaluated with every contact between a client and a service provider whether it is over the phone or face to face. So what can you do to make sure that your service levels get evaulated positively? Service excellence is guaranteed by following the five key factors-

  • your willingness to help
  • the ability to provide what you promise
  • individual attention
  • your ability to convey competence and confidence
  • systems and procedures that work

Long-term working relationships can be built and maintained by providing quality service. At Pronto Siyakhula Personnel Services you always get what you bargained for! Service tailormade to our clients' needs!

SIYAKHULA!! "We are growing"

The Bryanston Branch has officially been launched - launched being the operative word here! The PRONTO team started operating on the 10th of January 2005 from their ultra modern offices in the HABITAZ Building, Muswell Road - easy to find if you drive along William Nicol - just of the N1 highway. Concentrating on the long-term development of relationship building with existing and new clients the race is on to out-manoeuvre the competition! The PRONTO team has its sights set on providing exceptional service through placing candidates who are not just mere "job-doers" but "career - builders". Providing talented employees to clients will optimise the link between employee performance and good business results, PRONTO believes in successful talent management. By offering better employment opportunities we attract more qualified talent and in the ever present contest for human capital in the South African jobmarket, talent is what will give a company a competitive edge and not necessarily just increase head-count.Thus the importance of finding the right candidate! The PRONTO team is fully equipped to steer you in the right direction - Go ahead -  give them a call!

Ethics and our Industry

Ethics is a code which can be put into practice to give assurance to members of the same fraternity that they are not standing alone but are part of a group of professional people who adhere to the same rules. It gives a sense of security to the community in that it indicates they are dealing with reputable and acceptable business people. Any profession must initially concern itself with these things or it will soon fall into ill repute with the public and lose its acceptability. In our industry the role of a recruitment consultant should not be under-estimated. Applicants seeking counselling or career guidance are placing their livelihood, their happiness and their dependants in our hands. The standards of ethical practice in the Recruitment Service Industry in South Africa are prescribed in the Code of Ethics and the seperate section - Codes of Conduct. The individual section - Codes of Conduct were drawn up because problems and methods of recruitment differ in different sections of the market. Applicants could be prejudiced or influencecd by the advice or actions of a consultant and for that reason it is important to be aware of Associations like APSO which covers all aspects of the Industry and to whom unethical dealings by recruitment consultants or agencies can be reported to.
